If you don&#8217;t, you better keep reading.<\/p>\n<p>When OSHA comes onto a construction site for a specific hazard, 9 times out of 10, they will ask for your training documentation. Fine (as in monetary)!!!<\/p>\n<p>The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 doesn&#8217;t specifically address the responsibility of employers to provide health and safety information and instruction to employees, although Section 5(a)(2) does require that each employer &#8220;&#8230;shall comply with occupational safety and health standards promulgated under this Act.&#8221; However, there are more than 100 of the Act&#8217;s current standards that do require training.
